Five Generations Taught Us
What Matters Most.
The Roderick family has been building since before Park City was a ski town. Our maternal line founded Jacobsen Construction in the 1920s; our fathers and grandfathers framed, finished, and raised landmark homes from the Wasatch Mountains to Bel Air.
Established in Los Angeles in 2005 and Utah in 2017, Roderick Builders carries that lineage forward — nearly $1B in completed work, led today by Trapper Roderick in Park City and Travis Roderick in California.
We've built alongside architects like Paul McClean. We've been featured in The Wall Street Journal and the LA Times. We're approved builders in Deer Valley, Promontory Club, and The Colony. But the credential we value most? Every single client would hire us again.
