Trapper
Roderick.
Fifth-generation builder. Trapper grew up on construction sites — his earliest memories are of framing walls with his father Travis in the Hollywood Hills. After studying business at the University of Utah, he brought the family legacy back to Park City. Today, Trapper leads all Utah operations and personally manages every client relationship from discovery through handoff. He's overseen $250M+ in completed luxury projects across Utah and California.
Travis
Roderick.
30+ years in luxury residential construction. Licensed in California since 2003 (CA #820330). Travis built alongside architect Paul McClean on the $38M Thrasher Ave estate in Hollywood Hills West — featured in the LA Times. He also led construction of the Getty House in Brentwood — a cantilevered hilltop masterpiece featured in The Wall Street Journal. Travis's refusal to compromise on architectural integrity defines the Roderick standard.
Zachary
Anderson.
Zachary oversees project management and field operations across all Utah projects. He ensures every build stays on budget, on schedule, and at the quality level clients expect. With deep experience in high-altitude construction, DRB navigation, and subcontractor coordination, Zachary is the operational backbone — the person who translates architectural vision into physical reality, on time and under budget.
Kevin
Perry.
Kevin leads project development and strategic growth for Roderick Builders, identifying opportunities and overseeing the expansion of the company's portfolio across the Wasatch Back. His deep knowledge of luxury residential construction and the local market makes him a key driver of the firm's development strategy.
Jared
Westergard.
Jared serves as CFO for Roderick Builders through Sonorian Partners, bringing financial strategy, budgeting oversight, and fiscal discipline to every project. His expertise ensures that luxury builds are not only architecturally stunning but financially sound — keeping projects on budget while maximizing value for clients and the company.
