The Vision Meeting
Forty-five minutes with Trapper or Travis. Not a sales call — a clarity session. You leave knowing what you are actually building, what it will honestly take, and your right next step — even if that step is "wait."
While You Find Your Land
Most builders vanish here; the rest pester. We do neither. An occasional letter worth keeping. A walk through an active build while the frames are open, when it would help you decide. And when a lot that fits your vision quietly comes to market, you hear it from Trapper before it is listed.
When Land Is Found
Within days of your lot going under contract, you have a site brief in hand — sun path, snow behavior, view corridors, the approval landscape, what the land wants to become. This is the moment most builders start selling. We start studying.
The Alignment
You, your architect, your engineer, your interior designer — and us. One table before a single yard of concrete. Plans, selections, structure, and budget agree with each other before the field, because that is where visions survive.
The Contract
By now there is nothing left to discover about each other. The proposal holds design concepts, a timeline, and a transparent budget whose bones you have already seen. Signing feels like a formality — because the trust was built over a year, not over a lunch.
