The Vision

At 864 Stradella Road, on one of the Platinum Triangle's most coveted streets, the brief was singular: a residence that reads as a single uninterrupted gesture from the moment you cross the threshold. Designed by Paul McClean, the plan is built around the view — collapsible glass walls dissolve the line between inside and out, and an infinity-edge pool draws the eye across the basin to the ocean beyond.

The Roderick Approach

Roderick Builders carried the work over roughly three and a half years, holding the clean lines, the free-flowing glass, and the marble to the tolerance the architecture demands. The discipline is in what you don't notice: nothing competes with the view, because everything was built to disappear into it.
