The Vision

When the Benloch Ranch developer needed a home that would prove a whole community, they didn't commission a house. They came to us for an icon — and we built one in thirty days.

The Roderick Approach

Icon Haus is a 2,200-square-foot modular mountain-modern home built off-site by the Roderick team in a Salt Lake shipping yard, then carried 120 miles and set on a hillside at Benloch Ranch. Two master suites, a flex office, walls of glass framing the snowy hills — efficient luxury, with intelligent design as the only amenity that matters. Inside the timeline most builders need to pour a foundation, we delivered a finished home.

The effect was immediate. Buyers walked through a level of craft they'd been told was impossible on that schedule, and the entire first phase of Benloch Ranch reserved within sixty days. Icon Haus was a landmark — and the last of its kind. It taught us that uncompromising work demands the freedom of on-site construction, and that is where the Roderick standard lives now.
