Before a single wall was drawn, Chris plotted the mountains: Black Mountain, Stewart Peak, Prater Mountain, Rock Lake Peak. Then the plan was turned on its site until each window found its summit.
This hand study is why we partner with architects instead of drafting in-house. Vision like this deserves a builder who protects it through every pour, every soffit, every sightline — that is the entire Roderick Builders premise.

A single-level residence held at a ten-foot datum under a parapet roof — 4,170 square feet of board-form concrete, Accoya soffits in their natural color, black ACM fascia, and a 360° board-form fireplace at the heart of the plan. Interiors by Good Company Studio. Now in preconstruction with Roderick Builders — engineering underway, breaking ground spring 2027.

Oly Cove.
A hillside residence stepping down its grade toward the valley floor — developed by Sawyer Carpenter of OSSA Atelier, with Chris Price as design partner and Roderick Builders as builder. Terraces trail the slope; a glass wall opens the great room to the canyon below. To market by late 2027.
